Ed has over 40 years of experience in the professional service industry, having served in various leadership positions. Ed serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Assurance America Group. Ed previously served as the Managing Partner for the Atlanta and Birmingham offices of Deloitte. Since beginning his career, Ed has always been interested in serving the community. He served in leadership roles for several significant community organizations including the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta (Past Chairman), Georgia Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman) and United Way of Greater Atlanta (Atlanta Campaign Chair) and currently as the Chair of the Millner Foundation. Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
