The Health Foundation’s grants have made a significant impact in our community. Since our establishment in 2019, we have awarded 153 grants to 88 organizations totaling over $10.2 million, directly addressing the needs of our community. These grants have enabled more individuals to access crucial healthcare services, enhancing well-being and reducing health inequities.

We are deeply grateful for the community’s support of the Health Foundation and the positive changes it has brought to our area. Your generous donations have empowered us to support essential programs and services that improve the health of all individuals on the Plateau.
