Rhonda Oakley is the Director of Operations at the Highlands Cashiers Health Foundation. With over twenty-one years working for the Foundation, Rhonda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. In her role, Rhonda oversees the Foundation’s daily operations, grantmaking processes, board governance, financial administration, and organizational systems that support the Foundation’s mission of creating a healthier and thriving community across the region. She works closely with the Board of Directors, Community Advisors, grantee partners, and staff to ensure the Foundation’s resources are managed effectively and strategically. Rhonda is proud to be part of an organization dedicated to investing in the health and well-being of Western North Carolina and is committed to ensuring the Foundation continues to make a lasting difference for generations to come.
