Ed has over 40 years of experience in the professional service industry having served in various leadership positions. Ed most recently served for 10 years as the Managing Partner for the Atlanta and Birmingham offices of Deloitte, which has grown to 4200 professionals. Additionally, Ed served on the Firm’s Operating Committee, led the National MP Growth Portfolio, led the Atlanta Board of Directors Readiness Program, and served as lead partner for many of Deloitte’s largest clients. Ed currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Assurance America, an Atlanta-based insurer. Since beginning his career, Ed has always been interested in serving the community. He served in leadership roles for several significant community organizations including the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta (Past Chairman), Georgia Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman) and United Way of Greater Atlanta (Atlanta Campaign Chair). Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants
