As Daniel Communities Vice President, Sales & Marketing – Cashiers Lake, Stephanie leads the new destination community’s real estate sales strategy and agency operations as well as the project’s brand development, marketing and public relations.
She joined Daniel Communities with nearly a decade of experience as a successful North Carolina Broker in the Cashiers Highlands Plateau luxury residential market. Her community stewardship and dynamic leadership as former executive director of the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce for more than a decade have been widely recognized. She served on the Jackson County Tourism Development Authority board from its inception through record visitation and industry expansion. She is credited with significant contributions to economic development and stakeholder relationship building which promote Cashiers’ distinctive mountain character and lifestyles.
Stephanie’s professional career spans from public and government affairs and international relations roles with the AAA National Office to constituent and legislative positions in the US Congress. Her many civic and charitable activities include the Cashiers ULI Advisory Services initiative, regional and local comprehensive planning committees, Leadership Cashiers and Highlands Cashiers Health Foundation.
She earned an MBA from the University of Central Florida, a BA in Economics from American University and has received PRSA Accreditation in Public Relations.
