Mr. Moore is the president of Main Street Payments, LLC, which provides credit card processing services to small businesses throughout Western North Carolina. Prior to this endeavor, Jerry owned and operated Kilwin’s Chocolates & Ice Cream in Highlands for 12 years. In addition to his small business experience, Jerry worked for the United States Court system for over ten years in the Presentence and Pretrial Investigation Unit, overseeing that unit for 4 years. Jerry has a BS in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Jerry is also the treasurer for the Highlands Rotary Club. Jerry resides in Highlands with his wife Kay and they have four children.
