Serving as a bridge to connect our neighbors with vital resources to LIFT the health and well-being of our treasured mountain communities, the Foundation board has identified key areas of focus for funding initiatives this year. These include initiatives to address the area’s overall health and well-being. The following are the funding focus areas we’ve identified for 2021:
